Went there for WOF but they done the service first and failed the WOF and then charge for both. If my wof is not passed then what the use of service of my car. It make sense if they done WOF firat and it passed then they do the service 👎. I have 5 cars in my family will not hoing to send any of it there for anything.

Good fast and efficient service. I'm happy with the outcome. I was given quotes on my tyres for a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and crown automotive was cheaper and ordered them on the spot I went in abit too late for them to do same day but was able to go in the following morning and was done within half an hour to 40mins. Grateful thank yous! Will be going there for everything I need done to my car 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore.
I chose the “premium” package, which was supposed to include an exterior wash, wax, tire shine, and full interior cleaning.
What I actually got.

First time customer, but i think I will use these guys as my usual mechanics from now on. Great deal running online at the moment on grabone, Well worth it. Not only did they complete the 20 point check, they also found a few things not included in the deal needing attention and called me within half an hour of dropping my car off asking if I wanted it done then and there or no. Helpful on the phone and I was pleasantly pleased with their service and speed. Price was not to bad also. They have afterpay which is a life saver. 10/10 thanks guys. I was not happy as my initial conversation with the owner name Sukh paji is for full service and he ensured me to do full service as i was providing my engine oil and oil filter but he charged me $60 just for labor of putting my own stuff and has not looked any other part as he mentioned earlier that he will check all other parts of my car as the part of full comprehensive service but refused later. Bad experience even i can change car oil myself not happy at all.

I hire my car for Uber driving.i called into Crown to arrange a service . They completed the service instantly and i was off the road for less than 1 hour . They cleaned my tyres the car came out looking much better than when i took it in .I would recommend Crown as a garage to anyone .

Excellent 20 point service off grabone for a competitive price. I had a spare oil filter so they upgraded me to synthetic oil for no additional cost. Probably should have taken up the offer of getting the noted items fixed as their price for that was very competitive.

Accommodated my request on time, fast and friendly service, they give you a proper customer space to sit and relax while repair or service your car, also nothing hidden, other mechs dont want you to see what they do for your car saying the reason safety! But this guys-nothing hidden, you can watch from a safe distance from the customer care area what they doing to your car. They do what they say, also noted all the mechs are very calm and pleasing. Job was finished within time frame promised, and car was presented back clean and tidy with no oily marks on steering wheel as I have experienced with other garages. Car had an engine overheating problem, with coolant leaking. 2 visits to this mechanic later, and we still have an issue to this day. They ran diagnostics, replaced coolant, changed the thermostat- and close to $700 later, there still is no fix.
My husband suggested that the thermostat might need looking at, but to also run tests and see whether there were any other issues. The mechanics took this as a sign to replace the thermostat- without first checking to see whether that was even the issue. Took it home a few hours later, and coolant was gushing from the engine. Took it back, and they told us the thermostat didn’t even need replacing! That they only did it because my husband told them to- which is not what he said. He merely said that MIGHT be the issue, and to run all tests anyway. Your job as a mechanic is to diagnose and then fix- not just blindly follow what clients recommend. We left Crown Automotives with no real answers, just a “we don’t know what is wrong with your car.” No fix, and hundreds of dollars spent on replacing things that never needed replacing. Stay away at all costs and spend your money on competent mechanics instead.

We needed a special kind of battery that was only available somewhere out by the airport. This man drove out to the airport, picked up the battery, fitted the battery and all in an hour and a bit. Will definitely be bringing our vehicle to u here fourth. Thanks man!

Friendly and great service. Went for regular oil service, They inspected my car thoroughly and advised me to change the spark plug and transmission oil as my car was little over 100k.

Do not deal with them. I phoned them before purchasing the service and wheel alignment grabone deal, to see what the extra cost will be for the extra oil. I was told $60 - $80. I brought voucher and went into drop my ute off and the guy tried to charge me an extra $170. I argued that he quoted the above price over the phone but he denied knowing anything. Wish I had of read these reviews first cause he has done it to many, but not for $170. He made me pay $100. I will never go back again. This fulla didn't speak or understand English, so it definitely isn't him replying to these reviews.

Rude as Indian fulla that takes advantage of people that doesn’t know anything about cars, called up enquiring about the grab one deal for a service, and what the total / extra will be for the other 1.5L of Oil, said $60-$80 and then said oh nah $80, because “premium filter” all these places take advantage of people not knowing basic car knowledge, it’s their way of marketing and forcing you to pay more, synthetic oil yes I’m aware but I asked if it was DPF compatible for a diesel, he had no idea and hung up because he got flustered and couldn’t take advantage of someone, screw these fullas don’t support them.
Upon reading the other reviews seems like they all complain about the same thing and sounds like he just makes up prices as he goes along.

Went for car service , was told it will
Be $79 for service plus $35 for synthetic oil for hybrid car , when paid and came home , realised was charged $120 for service, it’s only $6 extra but I think it’s a matter of integrity, my main concern is when the man was checking wipers he took off one of the blade ( don’t know why ) , he put it back , but did not see any issue as I did not use wipers for that day but next day (after 24 hours) I needed to use the wipers because it’s raining, wipers loud noise , then checked and saw that blade has been ripped,

DODDDDGY! i know people are coming here because you can get a service from GRAB ONE but SUPER DODGY . 1 indian man can barely speak english & the other one charged me an extra $50 because it was a 4WD and for a wheel alignment. Then when I leave the wheel alignment is way off. So i called up and he said oh just bring it back tomorrow and I will have another look. Also when I said im going to take it to get checked out for a WOF and he was like oh if anythings wrong with it just bring it back. Im like brooooooo nah

I took my car here for a service and I’m very unhappy. It was meant to be a 20point service - they didn’t check my window wipers as one has been broken for a while and needing replacing and if they checked it they would’ve informed me it needed changing or offered to change it for me. They also didn’t full my window washer fluid - it makes me worry that if they didn’t do these, what else did they miss? And did they even service it or just take the money and stick a sticker on. Not impressed at all.

I brought the 20point service from grab one for $79, I booked in and booking was done promptly, arrived and asked what vehicle type and advised it is a 2005 outlander, the response was "oh that's 4wd that's a $30 surcharge, it's a V6" I said no it's a 2.4 4 cylinder, car engine in a SUV body, it's not a Hilux v6 that needs extra oil. The engine is inline with with the mentioned 4.5litre of oil clause. I was told it would be $20 then, I'm not sure what the $20 was paying for but rather than arguing I accepted it. The 20 pt check was less than 20pts when I saw the tyres were not shined, window wash was not topped up, I'm only just convinced the oil change was done. These grab ones a an opportunity for business to have new custom come and try out thier services, I understand it's discounted for this reason, but to end up with a less than acceptable result it's a waste of time and money. I don't recommend crown automotive.

My car had failed it's WOF do to it's shock bumps having worn out. The workshop who had done my WOF quoted me almost $500 with wheel alignment.
I called crown automotive and he really sorted me out. He gave me an appointment the very next day and did a fantastic job. He quoted me a very fair price and saved me my hard earned money.

Took my car in for a coolant replacement, left the place with an engine light on saying it is on low power. Now, my car is jolty, barely takes off, and extremely uncomfortable to drive. As soon as I noticed the problem which was five minutes after we left the place, the guy checked it and said it’s nothing to do with them. Offered no logical explanation as to why when I left crown automotive al of a sudden my car was different and pretty much broken. I’d say if you want your car to have more issues then this is the right place for you. No compensation, no apologies from the guy just a suggestion of $228 for fixing the now new issue I have. I said no because I’m a student and don’t have that kind of money. Anyway, I do not recommended this business or there services.

A complete rip off. My car had check engine light on. Drove my car into worshop and was told to be scanned. After 30mins of scanning, was told these are problem codes. We have reset the light. On being asked, what actual problem is?
Mechanic said not sure. If it comes next time. Take it to Mercedes authorised dealer and get it scanned there. Charged me $50 for nothing. Such a waste of time and money.

I had to get Tiida Latio's high stop light repaired for which the rear seat had to be removed. I believe, they damaged the seat while removing and did not even bother to inform me. I noticed after a while when I was cleaning my car, I walked to them, I was charged extra bucks for the damage they did during repair.
Disappointed and will never go again. It's difficult to have faith in them after what happened recently.
Edit: Owner says, they informed me about the damaged seat before starting the work. Here are my questions:
1. I knew, the seat was damaged and decided to live with it, though I have 6.5 years old son who sits in the rear one. Is it believable? I can provide the proof of payment of different dates.
2. I did not get the seat repaired when they informed me but rather decided to get it repaired after a month. Does is sound sane? It's 10km from my place, why would I burn gas again.
3. They did not damage the seat, but still did not charge labour for repairing it, they just charged the cost of the seat. This story doesn't go well, why would you discount someone when it's not your fault?
"Sorry" would have done, but an error in work and then arrogance, it doesn't help bro. Nothing personal, but one should be professional in business.
